Mr Teo Khiok Nyuk ( Ken Teo ) is the Director in charge of overseeing property management

division and undertakes business development of the property management services for the firm.

He is probationary member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia. Mr Ken Teo fully utilized his knowledge in Property Management and has more than 6 years of extensive experience in residential properties. With good market knowledge and strong eye for details, he believes as a Property Manager comes a great sense of responsibility to the clients who entrust their most valuable assets to his care.

Ken Teo is also known for his excellent communication and negotiating skills. Adopting role of area manager of Property Management Division, he manages a dynamic work environment with his staffs with aim to delivers maximum returns on your investment.
