THE MANAGEMENT
PRINCIPAL
Vincent graduated from University of Malaya with honours in Bachelor of Science, majoring in Statistics in 2008. He furthered his studies and qualified as a registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia in 2014, after which he set up his own agency, Gather Properties Sdn Bhd.
His forte includes preparing marketing tools, market research, SWOT analysis, sales procedures and sales administration. His vast experience enables him to deal with requirements and procedural matters pertaining to land conversion and development.
His leadership earned Gather Properties into SME 100 fast moving company award in 2015, PUHKL Malaysia Model Real Estate Agency Award 2016 and winner of Top Southern Agency Award 2016. The firm also bagged highly acclaimed for the Top Agency (gold category) 2015, Top Northern Agency 2016, Emerging Agency 2016 by iProperty.com.
Vincent currently serves as the General Secretary of PUHKL (Persatuan Usahawan Hartanah Kuala Lumpur - 马来西亚房地产招商会). He also co-founded Synergiem Berhad and Six Streams Berhad.
